"Amazing Service"

Colton recently came by and troubleshot a drainage issue with our dishwasher. He was very methodical and checked all drain lines including into the dishwasher, which required pulling it out and disconnecting the waste line. We appreciated that he showed up on time, was thorough, and resolved our issue. This is the second time we've used Rock Solid Drains and although I would love to never have to call them again, they are now our go-to outfit for any drain issues that may emerge.

I called for a clog that was causing our kitchen sink and laundry drain to overflow when used. Casey answered the phone in the morning. I live in Penngrove and had sewer blockage outside my house. He told me I do it today and sure enough, called him at 1 and showed up 30 minutes later. Very friendly ethical and very reasonable. Not hungry for the money. Did the job excellent! Fantastic service. I will definitely use him again and everyone should and fixed my problem and gave me a warranty if the problem comes back soon
